This page explains how the details you share in an event inquiry are used.

Inquiry details

The form asks for your name, phone number, email, and event date. You can also provide a venue, time, guest count, and other details. Gala Studios uses this information to respond, check availability, and prepare your quote.

Delivery and service providers

Inquiries are sent to the business inbox through Resend, which processes the details to deliver the messages. The hosting provider may also process technical request information, such as IP addresses and error logs, to operate and protect the site.

Site analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google receives technical details of your visit — the page opened, the link you arrived from, your device type, and a shortened IP address — and sets cookies in your browser. We also record actions that carry no personal content: opening the form, choosing a package, sending an inquiry, or tapping the phone number. What you type into the form is never sent to Google.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The form and the rest of the site work exactly the same without them.
