Compare booth requirementsThe print booth needs 8 × 8 feet with its backdrop. Allow 10 × 10 feet of clear floor for the 360 arch, plus a waiting area that leaves exits clear. Send the ceiling height and floor plan; we confirm clearance for the arch and camera arm before booking.
Each booth needs a standard outlet. Ask your venue about power locations, the load-in entrance, stairs, and elevators. Let us know if setup must finish before guests arrive.
Base packages include three hours of service. Choose when guests will be available: after the ceremony, during cocktails, or beside the dance floor. Tell us about dinner and speeches so we can discuss idle time or extra hours.
Outdoor setups need cover, firm level ground, and suitable conditions. Share an indoor backup plan. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, request it ahead of time.
The overhead 360 has no raised platform. Access routes, floor surfaces, and clearance still matter. Tell us about guest mobility or assistance needs so we can plan with your venue. Service is available in English and Spanish.
