A 30% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement hold your date. The balance is due 14 days before the event.

Delivery within 25 miles of Metairie is included. Additional travel is $2 per mile, quoted before you sign. Applicable sales tax is added.

What goes into your quote.

Your booth, hours, and venue determine the quote. Each base package includes three hours, setup, teardown, and an attendant. Delivery within 25 miles of Metairie is included; additional travel is $2 per mile, confirmed before you sign. Applicable sales tax is added.

Send your date, venue, guest count, and event hours. We’ll respond within one business day. An inquiry does not reserve your date: a signed agreement and 30% retainer do. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
